Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne

We use NinjaOne every day for accessing our clients' computers, checking their health, and setting up end-users to allow them remote access to their work computers. Being able to access a client's computer with the click of a button really makes this whole IT thing much easier (as long as Teamviewer works that is!)

Pros

  • Installing silently
  • Teamviewer integration
  • Anti-Virus install

Cons

  • Mobile App is missing features that the web version has
  • Reinstalling NinjaOne on a PC that had NinjaOne before can be a pain
  • NinjaOne updates a lot (not bad but sometimes I experience short downtime)
  • I don't get to see these numbers

I've been working for Innerdigital for a little over a year now, and the whole time I've been with them, we have used a mixture of NinjaOne, Zoho, & Monday. Having these websites on hand really makes managing users much easier and honestly, I'm not sure what we would do without any of them!
