  • Provides notifications on time
  • Easy to use, user friendly
  • High readability
  • Multiple accessible functions

Cons

  • Mobile app to be easier to use. Some conversations cannot be made via phone app
  • Easy for new employees, like myself, to learn and use right away
  • Creates platform for clear communication.
  • Time saving application- no need for emails to be written for those within the company
