Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com platform has helped to manage multiple projects at the same time by using different boards and providing different access to employees where needed. It's clear on who the owner is, and the timeline until the action needs to be completed.

Pros

  • Clear status overview
  • Set timeline countdown
  • Able to filter by owner

Cons

  • Develop a 'contact list' where all contacts associated with the particular project are located in one space. This would be used in the event to contact an assignee
  • Increased management and oversight of projects from senior stakeholders.
