We plan all the activities for the mid-long term.
Only the managers and project managers have access to the platform.
They have to add the information about new upcoming projects and the status of the current projects

Pros
- Building of the boards
- Easy to use and understand
- Easy to share a board with an account to show the status of a project
Cons
- The connections between the boards should be more efficient and easy. Just like a database
- Should be more powerful the connection between Jira
- Positive impact: we now are able to schedule and manage the delivery of the projects
- Negative: the boards don't talk to each other
