Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday.com to manage all tasks and projects across all departments within our company. We even use it as our main source of internal communication. Tasks are placed on boards and are assigned by and to people within our company.

Pros

  • Notifies teammates when they are assigned the task
  • Notifies the manager or supervisor when it's teammate works on or complete a task

Cons

  • When typing a task, it is not auto capitalize the first letter of the first word
  • When typing in a text or a long text field, letters of words are consistently dropped.
  • It has streamline communication across all departments within the company.
  • It has given upper management full visibility into what everyone is doing and communicating about.
No matter the technical ability of our staff, everyone finds it relatively easy to use and navigate. We are in the process of rolling out all of our staff installing the app on their cell phones. For the few of us that use the app so far, it has been a game changer as far as response times to tasks and questions.
I cannot accurately rate the 24/7 customer support and response times from a real person because I don't believe that we have utilized this feature since we started using Monday.com. This is good to know that this service is available, I will be sure to pass this on to the team so that they know that this is an available resource for them if they need it.

In my opinion, monday.com is best suited for companies that have multiple employees and many moving parts to their daily operations. It truly provides an essential environment for everyone to collaborate, and I have Full visibility of what everyone is doing and how they are doing, doing what you're doing. 😁
