Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com is used for data management and interdepartmental collaboration on various events and services. The suite of data management and presentation applications is very user-friendly, granting staff the appropriate amount of access.
The product addresses the issue of centralization of information. Before Monday.com, most files, data metrics, and reports were stored separately in their cloud space. The clutter of information was difficult to browse; however, with Monday, the information is readily available in a centralized application with reliable data metrics for analysis.
My use of Monday.com is to track certain data sets, trends, and notes for any essential changes in a specific subject's scope. My job role requires meticulous notation for several processes and tracking the progress of individual cases from the first step to the last.

  • Monday.com for business allows multiple boards to be created with the function of allowing only approved staff to view or edit.

  • Monday.com could improve their dashboard
  • Monday.com could improve by making the site inbox more selective of the messages recorded.
  • Monday.com could make the Main Workspace tab more useful.
  • Functions save time
  • More intuitive than other alternatives to data management
  • Setting up new boards and objectives is simplified
Monday.com has several uses that would normally require several other applications to complete. The metrics shown from data sets and document tracking of specific cases make Monday.com an ideal service to boost productivity. I expect great innovation and improvements to the available suite of services in the near future.
Although I cannot speak to the fluidity of communication with the customer support staff, my manager reports a positive experience bringing this application forward. Customer service is paramount to the continued growth of Monday.com, and from what I have seen in the service, I believe that customer service and prompt support are a mission.

All essential data sets, information, and metrics relevant to my work are housed in one single application making for easy centralization. Areas, where it Is less appropriate, is for any information that must be kept strictly confidential for security reasons.
