Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We currently use monday.com to manage all sales leads, workflow, project management, and as a CRM. monday.com helps us to organize our past, current, and potential clients. We use monday.com from when a person first calls in, to the estimate to add photos, measurements and other notes for the quote, we use it to manage material selection, designs and orders. Project managers use the software to make sure they stay updated on all aspects of the project, have detailed design information and client communication.

Cons

  • I wish monday had a TODO list function
  • Uploads for photos are slow, and displaying more information would be helpful
  • Better client communication functions
  • We have been able to cut down our estimate time down to 2-3 business days from 5-7 in the past.
  • Our project managers have reported that it's been easy to adopt and have helped with scheduling immensely.
  • Our sales team is able to better manage and prioritize their leads and has increased the amount of closed contracts from 120k/month to almost 450k monthly.
Everything has been relatively easy to use and set up, except for some calendar features, but I assume that's likely from user error.
I have yet to use the Monday customer service, this is due to not having the need to. So I would say no need for customer service is the best kind of customer service.
The overall performance of monday.com has been great for us. Because we are mostly a small family company we haven't had any issues with the software itself. We have used other software in the past and needed to call customer service regularly, or it was too difficult for us to onboard, and we simply gave up.

In regards to the construction industry, monday.com has been very helpful in getting our team organized and adding structures and systems for a small company. It has helped us to manage and store information for all of our clients and projects.
