Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I currently use Monday.com in my business to manage our content workflow month by month. I create tasks and assign employees to said tasks for completion. I have created custom buttons to tailor to our workflow and make things run very smoothly. Monday.com works so well for managing any tasks that come about.

The overall usability of Monday.com is nice. The automation cover just about everything. However, I wish they could be a touch more customizable as far as allowing items to move around inside of a board and things of that nature. As far as the general UI goes, productivity is off the charts when it comes to increasing workflow.
Monday.com is more than helpful when it comes to any software issues. The rep assigned to your account is very easy to get in touch with and very quick to respond. The online help features are also great when you have a simple question or need any additional help.

Monday.com just works so well for so many things. Whether you are creating and checking off a task list, managing a monthly content schedule, or just need a place to keep you organized, Monday.com is it. The UI is very friendly and easy to use. The customization is very nice and lets you tailor the software to your needs without much effort. I highly recommend the software and I don't think anyone who gives it a fair chance will be disappointed.
