Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We needed a solution to collaborate on projects and keep a timeline of what is happening. Monday.com has been this tool for us. Everyone has visibility in real-time to the progress that has been made and what is still needing to be completed. It has been a game-changer.

Monday.com is the most easy-to-use and intuitive product that I have ever used. There was no training needed to begin using it and building boards to be used by others. Great job in this area for sure!
Best in class customer support hands down! You can tell that monday.com cares deeply about their clients. This is such an important thing at the company where I work and for me as a consumer. Thanks so much for this priority at monday.com. It is definitely not unnoticed.

It is great for internal use. I have not found a good way to collaborate with others that are outside of our organization. This may be possible, but I personally have not discovered an easy way to do it. It allows so much insight into what is happening in the company and on projects.
