Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Our team uses monday.com to organize our daily projects and tasks as well as track completion. We have boards set up for various purposes, including tracking property information, projects in the works, tasks on the horizon, and other information we need to keep sight of. We also use forms so that other departments can submit projects to our department, and they are automatically added to monday.com for our team.

There is a small learning curve, but monday.com is very easy to use, and there are endless tutorials to help you learn how to use the features. If anything, there are probably more features out there that we don't even know of or use because of the advanced functionality.
We hardly ever use support because the platform is so user-friendly. The few times we have contacted their support, we've received a speedy response, and our issue has been fully resolved.

I think monday.com is a great tool for anyone looking for a platform to organize and track projects and tasks. It makes it easy to keep things top of sight, and you can structure your boards however you want. It's especially great for teams as you can easily view each person's workload and assign new tasks effectively.
