Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Project management, task management, recurring use of tasks, scheduled activities as well as [the] delegation of tasks. I use it for two companies [to] administer the Information Security and cyber security tasks. May it be preparing for the ISO accreditation or activities leading up to risk management, risk mitigation, [...] or other activities that have to do with Information Security management program/system.

Pros

  • Display the timeline
  • Ease of input of data
  • Create recurring task
  • Search within the task list
  • Moving between projects

Cons

  • View details of a task
  • It makes my task tracking ability more efficient I have no ROI, as I'm an employee.
Sometimes when getting into the fine details, the software has its "behavior" that I find hard to digest. For example, if I wrote some comment on a parent task and I try to reach that parent act, the GUI will interfere and show other comments or open up a new comment window [...] to add additional comments, which I'm not interested [in], I need to review an existing comment. This may be by design. I may be using the system wrong or not as designed. Bottom line, this happened to me quite a few times which I could not find help online or other.
I have not used support yet.

Atlassian JIRA Align (formerly AgileCraft), Google Authenticator
Task management, when creating a task, all information pertaining to the task can be entered directly into the task. There is no need for complex links. If a task has to be broken down [into] sub-tasks, they are easily done. There are many ways to display and search for the various tasks at hand and with many filter options.
