Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is being used by two departments in my current place of work, both of which are marketing. monday.com helps us track, organize and plan our work. Since we are a remote-first company, we often communicate through it too. monday.com is also great for beyond just tracking our work tasks. I personally use it to keep track of advertising copy that I implement. It is a very flexible product, so I can make necessary changes to my ad copy board when needed. I use this to track the performance of copy, as well as when I launched a campaign.

Pros

Cons

  • Could add a search bar filter in the notification tab
  • It helps me keep track of my daily goals, finish my work on time, and even ahead of time—definitely a time saver.
monday.com has great product flexibility and management. It can be used beyond task managing. While setting up the tables and boards, they really leave it to the users to create it however they want. This is a product designed in mind for how the users want to use it and not how they want their users to use it.

monday.com is well suited in task management and is a very flexible product to use. It can be manipulated in ways beyond task managing. monday.com isn't an overwhelming screen to look at. It is easy on the eyes. If you're a visual person, this product is well suited for you. When I need to go down the rabbit hole with tracking my work, I love using the various colors to group together with my projects. monday.com's table system allows for endless possibilities to how you want to track your work. It is really a product catered to how users want to use it and not how they want you to use it. Great product manipulation/ flexibility. This is a product that I love using and look forward to using!
