We use monday.com to plan our events, manage workflows, delegate signups, record and action issues and organise our speaker schedules. For international speakers and guests, we use templates to ensure that all travel documentation is in order for them. The API allows us to integrate monday.com with a number of other business software solutions.
Pros
- Visual indication of status and stages.
- Simple forms for data collection for external contact.
- Guest access to boards for individual projects.
Cons
- The default template has content in it which needs deleting every time.
- Some automations (e.g. for sending e-mail) lack the features I require.
