monday.com is used across our whole company as a project management and scheduling tool. It helps to solve issues with tasks being forgotten about or lost during busy periods and helps us identify which staff are overloaded and which have capacity.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy to use interface.
Tag notifications.
Widgets which identify work capacity.

Cons

Bugs & errors often happen when updates are made.
Sometimes widgets can have issues loading.
Notifications are repeated in three different places, it's slight overkill - notifications, inbox and then emails.

Usability

Easy to use interface and lots of support videos which help with FAQs.
Widgets can take some time to figure out and can be tiresome to set up.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's a great tool for project management, especially because it's simple and straightforward to use. Too many project management software become too complex trying to do everything at once whereas monday.com focusses on the basics and does them well.
The only downsides are there can be issues loading widgets and there are bugs/errors when things are updated (usually resolved within a week max).
