Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Gives me the ability to stay organized
We are using monday.com to keep our tasks organized and to be able to see responsibilities of other teammates. We typically have a weekly team call and address each of the items on our monday.com list.

Pros

  • Good user interface
  • Easy to interact with other users
  • Great for organization of tasks

Cons

  • Would like to be able to update documents that are saved on the site
It is very easy to make my board completely personalized. I can definitely say that my teammates and myself made our boards fit to what we like and how we like to organize things.
Haven't needed to use the customer support team, so that is a good thing.
