Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Templates--never miss tasks
  • Documents--easy access
  • Productivity--clear to see what is expected
monday.com is being used across the whole organization and helps us have a clear idea of what needs to be completed for a project, who is responsible for it, how far along it is, what's causing delays, etc. It has increased visibility into our organization's projects.

Pros

  • Status--See what others have accomplished and what's still pending
  • Communication--Add notes on specific items
  • Tasks--See what is meant to be done to complete project

Cons

  • "My Week" could use a little work; I'm not sure why things don't show as expected sometimes
  • We don't use a lot of the more advanced features
monday.com has been such a success in our organization thanks to its easy adaptability. It's quick to get started and very self explanatory, and the many webinars make it easier to learn more complex features.
We typically get answers very quickly and the team members are always willing to learn more about what we need and what we suggest to help make our work easier.

monday.com works for us with repeat projects. For example, employee onboarding requires the same tasks for every employee, and creating templates saves us a lot of time and ensures none of the to-dos are forgotten.
