Versatile business operations SaaS-worth checking out!

While Monday.com does a great job providing templates, obviously not every business is going to fit the templates they design. It does, however, give you a good starting point for understanding how the system works and what you can do with it. I have found it takes a while to understand how Monday.com can be used best for a business, but you can certainly use it for simple project management if you'd like.

I have not needed to reach out to customer support yet, however, I am sure they are responsive! The videos and help articles are well documented, so I'm sure live support is just as helpful. I guess you can say the help articles have been good enough to prevent me from reaching out.

If you're looking for a more robust platform than Trello that can handle some more advanced automation and integrate with different platforms to streamline your workflow, Monday.com is great. It's also useful if you're looking to consolidate multiple platforms into one (CRM, PM) if you're a small business, or just trying to minimize cost. If you don't have the brain capacity or time to implement this, I wouldn't recommend using it.
