Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our team uses it for ideation and brainstorming for upcoming projects. It can be very challenging to just talk through ideas or write things down, so having a visual board where we can share links and photos of potential explorations/ideas is extremely helpful. It also makes it easy to store past revisions/versions of ideas

Miro has made it easy to collaborate with different team members in different locations. Our team has members living in different states so having a collaborative site like Miro makes it easier to collaborate and efficiently share ideas. Being able to have several different boards for different projects is also nice.

Miro is very good for internal brainstorming and the beginning stages of a project. I would recommend using it to organize thoughts and ideas. I would also recommend using it for collaborative efforts with internal colleagues. I would not recommend using it for formal presentations or client professional documents. Not formal

Likelihood to Renew

It is easy to collaborate with and to populate with updated information and images. I also love that Miro offers the ability to download high res images directly from the board. It makes it easier for someone to view an image and download it straight to their computer with ease.

Scalability. I love that you can put so much information and images on one board. It makes it easy to see it all in one place and keep track of things. I also love is capabilities of being an "infinite" board, allowing to use the same board for an entire project.

Evaluation Lessons Learned

Maybe get a few weeks to trial it, to really test out its capabilities and get used to integrating it into the workflow. Additionally, to allow for enough time to really branch out and test all of the tools and resources that Miro is capable of. This could give a better assessment of the program.

I think Miro is a very helpful tool. It is very helpful for people who best consume information visually, and like to be organized with their work. I could imagine Miro could be very helpful for students as well you are constantly collaborating with peers on projects/research within their courses.
