Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We design pitch presentations, brainstorm and organize our thoughts, and chart workflows.

Pros

  • two people can't type into a text box at the same time

  • allowed seamless and efficient collaboration
We're a small team so it was pretty easy to get everyone on board and up to speed.
We have had a mixed experience with the benefits of integrating other products. We do like adding google docs to the board. Oftentimes, links from YouTube won't load the thumbnail but that may be an issue with our internet speed.
We like to use it when we work remote as well as in person.
I've noticed Miro adding features to assist with design - which is great. I think Canva has more of these features already but we don't use it.

We work in film production. We use Miro to storyboard, review location, casting, wardrobe, prop options, plan marketing for our independent production company, explore design options for our website, and present creative pitches to clients.
