Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I depend on Miro at [...] to help bring design projects to life from idea, to delivery. Miro is especially key for me in my workflow at the early stages of design, when we're in discovery mode, or coming together around a problem to solve. Miro makes it easy to get ideas down with my team, and align on a way forward.

Pros

  • Easy UI to navigate
  • The desktop app is great
  • Collaborative setting
  • Easy to export deliverables

Cons

  • It would be nice to support Figma integration for designers
  • Being able to react and place emoji spray on top of work
  • Better stickers
  • Improved productivity
  • Stakeholder alignment
  • Team brainstorming
  • Team alignment
Specifically, it's helped me work with colleagues that are fully remote and not located in London. Without Miro, it would be harder to have brainstorm sessions and ideation with these colleagues.
I really like Miro. In my opinion, the two areas that it falls short against FigJam, for me as a designer, is that it's harder to do wireframing in Miro because I can't easily copy and paste my wireframes then into Figma. I also find that the wireframing tools in Figma are superior, and the reactions are better (and stickers).

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is best for brainstorming sessions, organizing user journeys, aligning with your team and stakeholders on big picture thinking, and getting scrappy with your ideas. It's also quite good for looking at mapping of products and understanding full product ecosystems.
