Amazing software, seamless with endless posibilities
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to create our strategy blueprints for clients. This way we have every step and potential customer journey mapped out. When we are going to start with the technical implementation phase we can just copy the blueprint that has been made. The blueprint is therefore used in a technical way but also as a strategy document to share with our clients
Pros
- Having unlimited possibilities in the way you use the whiteboard
- Seamless collaboration in real time
- Templates to use
Cons
- It gets a bit slower if you want to draw a line from one side to the other side of the whiteboard, when having more than 10.000 objects in the board.
- Makes it possible to create our blueprints digital and fast
- Saves time
- Gives our client a clear view
It works super fast in realtime. That is the most important part for us. As nobody wants a delay between speaking and doing. This way we can all work on the file at the same time. Mostly in our team we use it not together but as part of different phases with different teams
ClickUp is our go to project management system that also has in-build whiteboards. But they do not work as fast and seamless as Miro. So we still use miro for that part and ClickUp as project management system. We also believe that if every SaaS focusses on there own super power it works best. Being the all in one platform is in our opinion not the way to go
