Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro as a collaborative tool between users and teams. It helps us visually collect ideas that help guide brainstorming sessions and fast-paced meetings for our startup. We have a fully remote team, and Miro has found it essential to concentrate all contributions from our team in one place. It helps the teams feel more brought together and facilitates the discussions of new topics.
Pros
- Remote team collaboration.
- Whiteboard for brainstorming sessions.
- Project planning.
- Marketing strategy mapping.
Cons
- More native block options for diagrams.
- More native integrations with marketing tools, or others such as Notion.
- More interactive blocks such as those from Figjam (Figma).
- Improved productivity for our remote team.
- Reduced meeting times.
- Brought our team interactions to a new level.
Miro has directly affected our marketing projects. It has helped us create new projects easily with many simultaneous contributions from our globally remote team. Creating roadmaps for projects makes it easy to break them down into small and doable steps to present to the whole company.
We currently use both software programs but have opted mainly for Miro because of the free plan, as we are a startup with lower budgets.
