Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is a great help for all kinds of purposes. The use cases are numerous. From a simple scratch pad to executive presentations. It is easy to design aesthetic boards, which give a clear easy-to-understand foundation for work to be carried out and helps organize and structure our thoughts, as well as communicate them to all kinds of stakeholders.
Pros
- it helps with aesthetics and structure
- it is comprehensible in no time
- it serves as a foundation to communicate and organize work to be done
Cons
- my clients find the annonymus mode a bit confusing
- Miro looks very playful (which I enjoy) but at the same time makes it less appealing for big-stage presentations. Please note that I recognize the potential Miro provides for being useful for presentations.
- Instead of S, M & L for the notes, you could play with a scroll bar maybe
- a relatively hard business impact is the fact that otherwise ideas won't be developed and shared as easily anymore. We would have to collaborate in word documents and reference them to another or something.
Miro is most of the time the first base when it comes to collecting and sharing ideas as well as deciding and communicating tasks. We don't use it to track the progress as diligently than I'd like to see it used.
