Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I like to use it as a sort of chat board to post reminders and notes for projects my team is working on.

Pros

  • Keeps updating all the time
  • Provides many tools
  • Has a pleasant web version as well as mobile version

Cons

  • I think more sticky note colors could be fun
  • Being able to add hyper links to notes would be nice like "click here" and be able to have that link to a site
  • My team has streamlined our appointment scheduling process
  • Turnaround for our job walks went from a week/weeks to a day or two!
Without implementing this communication would be very low and a lot of minor yet significant project items would be forgotten.
It is so so so user friendly it can be used by gen z's to boomers and everyone in between and there is no real difficulty!
It has facilitated that process substantially and allows my coworkers and I to post reminders for each other that we may remember throughout the day without needing to call each other every time.
To be honest the simplicity makes it the go to. It is user friendly and aesthetically pleasing - what's not to like?

It is the best for my office because my team is both in office and remote and it is a great way to post notes to my remote coworkers.
