Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Running a program on the expansion of our global hubs - where community organizing practitioners meet and support other practitioners to develop their craft
Pros
- Templates to map various forms of analysis and thinking
- Text stays in place (unlike Mural)
- Fonts and colors
- Hyperlinking
- Frames
Cons
- As a non-engineering user, it can feel like there are more and more bells and whistles that are not oriented towards my needs and thus clutter my experience a bit
- Templates are fantastic - but at times the potential templates feels like overload of options (not the worst problem to have - but can feel daunting )
- The web experience is not as smooth as the app. Also in general it feels a bit heavy with all of the growing menu of ways to interract with the app
- Engagement from members in co-creation and planning
- Increased alignment and thus reduced completion time
We've been able to visualize the development of our member in ways that otherwise would have been difficult to imagine and realize together.
