Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro in various departments, but let me focus on Product. We use Miro mostly for product discovery sessions, optimization workshops, remote Product Design Guild sessions, and much more. Miro is our go to tool for collaboration, alignment, and brainstorming.
Pros
- Lets us align on goals and decisions
- Lets us discover with data, napkin sketches, recordings, and more
- Lets us create many solutions and track what works and what doesn't
Cons
- music! In our workshops we put on the bg music and it would be great if we could easily hook up to Spotify.
- Would be great if we could embed Figma prototypes and add comments on each slide instead of the whole thing
- reduced project completion time
- increased success with alignment
- increased collaboration
Since we're a remote company, at least in the product department we are very reliant on Miro to do our work.
