Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Firstly I want to say is the scope of what Miro offers is so big that I didn't got a chance to use every single one them. It's an unbelieveable thing that this quality of product exist freely. Yet there might be slightly hard parts trying to understand the workplace that you have because even if Miro tries to teach you about how to do certain things, it won't help you to learn all of it. And even if I said that scope is very big of what Miro offers, it still lacks on so many things that could be added.

Pros

  • Group management.
  • Role distribution.
  • Project process.

Cons

  • UI
  • Needs to add more objects that users can use.
  • More in depth tutorial.
  • Helped us make the project faster.
  • Fun time communicating with the team through Miro.
  • Improved coordination within the workers.
It definitely helped the remote workers because even if they were remote workers, all of the workers could just use Miro as they would any other digital or physical product. This will make remote workers feel like they are part of the team and can really affect the relations within the groups.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

No

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

If you are doing a project or even designing a project, yeah, Miro is fine. However, not all projects are suitable for Miro. It really depends on what the person wants. But for a big group or a company, yes, it is well suited and more appropriate for the workers.
