Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Miro across the majority of our capabilities. In strategy we use it for hybrid workshop facilitation, research synthesis and overall collaboration space when developing new strategies for our client. Before we convert the thinking into nicely designed final presentations.

We also use it a little bit on a few account to keep live Roadmaps and to facilitate initial concept exploration and refinement.

Pros and Cons

Pros

One space for everyone to collaborate and store information
Facilitate engaging hybrid meetings and workshops
Research synthesis

Cons

Storage limitations are annoying when you are trying to store everything in one place
Missing plug-in where you can add video (not from Youtube/Vimeo) as it is often client sensitive material
Better research synthesis use cases with Miro AI. Right now it is only good at summarising meeting notes etc.
