Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Primarily used for ideation and brainstorming with team members, and using Miro as a board to consolidate research, conceptual designs, images and links. I am responsible for new product introduction and I use Miro across the full cycle of new product or service introduction.
Pros
- Infinite Canvas feature
- Creating linkages between disparate concepts
- Provide templates for different exercises and activities
Cons
- Search functionality
- Text feature caps out after a certain # of characters
- "Bring to me" functionality deprecated from free version
- Improved productivity
- Saving time in explaining complex concepts
- Quick creation of presentation material
Very positively. I can screen share and show distributed team members different types of working. They can join the board and collaborate if they choose to. Our ability to collaborate on new projects would be more effective if the decision to adopt this tool was made at an executive level, rather than the free version being used by working level teams.
Miro is easiest to use in my opinion. The templates library is quite substantial. Collaboration capabilities are more enhanced.
