Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We primarily use Miro for product and design discoveries. I’m in the product design area, and we created a design workbook that includes a template with our main processes for conducting a discovery. This includes, for example, a CSD, team dynamics, wireframes, interview scripts, and usability tests. In our company, we work with corporate benefits in Brazil, addressing issues for HR and employees.
Pros
- Simultaneous interactivity with colleagues
- Remote teamwork
- Workflows
Cons
- Wireframing
- It has improved our productivity because we can concentrate many of our design processes on a single tool/board.
- Team sync has become easier for the same reason as the previous point. Concentrating on everything from the same project in a single tool/board helps with that.
As I mentioned in some earlier questions, Miro is great for projects and dynamics where we need to collaborate with the team. It always works very well in our remote meetings, both in regular mode and in anonymous mode. We consistently use it for dynamics like retrospectives, CSD, and others.
Miro has more features and is more flexible than other products. Freehand, for example, seems to be too focused on wireframes. Additionally, it is now adopted by the entire company, not just the design area, which is how I previously used the other mentioned products.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
