Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Miro is a fantastic product that has changed how I work on customer journey mapping and collecting feedback over the years. As a visual collaboration tool, it makes planning and running customer workshops much easier. It’s a must-have for any team focused on improving customer experiences.

Layout with diffrent frames
Able to add emjoies
Tagging colleagues so they can provide feedback
Templates are really good

Tables, not easy to use and not visual

Implementation Rating

There was no real implementation. We were given access and could do what we needed to do.

Collaboration

I have staff all over the world. I find when we use Miro, everyone is excited because it's easy and they can contribute without being physically in the room.

Alternatives Considered

FigJam and draw.io

These tools are ok, but they are basic compared to what Miro offers. Miro is easier to use and does alot more.
