Overall Satisfaction with Miro

business problems: Improving LBGUPS from service design perspective. Understand who are the stakeholders, what's the business expecations, who are the users, painpoints, opportunities, workshops for multiple projects

Pros

  • many templates options
  • workshop space and team interaction
  • team collaboration

Cons

  • maybe if you update the master persona/sth else, the other related board will be synchronise automatically
  • table which copy and paste from excel is diffuclt to algin
  • Layout Alignment is diffucult from a designer's perspective
  • Positive: easy to have workshop with the team and not only gathering information/ feedback, but also having alignment with senior stakholders and team
  • Negative: too many boards, need to find a way to manage and organise, avoid overlap boards
  • Negative: not easy to track the kanban board as we use JIRA, or AHA board if you use miro as an Aglie tool
Can delivery high quatlity of Service blueprint, user journey, persona, but not showing prototype
not easy to update personas, have to copy and update to each boards.
not maybe AI can help with the summary after workshops based on all the stickers and feedback
Easy to collaborate and brainstorm together
transparence of the any key notes, insights, updates for everyone if you want you share
as not everyone knows how to use FigJam, but Miro is easy to learn and start quickly as a new user

some of my colleague they don't know how to use Miro at the beginning, I need to give an induction. however, it would be great if Miro can provide a NEWBIE guide. and some of my colleague don't know how to sign in/up, they don't have motivation to sign up if they don't have an account and if they've never used before
