Visualizing any content, especially product content
Enabling many people to see outcomes easily
Driving on-the-fly conversations around points

Cons

Too costly
integration easily into Jira

Able to build out product plans quite easily, documentation on discovery and testing
Pointed a whole development org to outputs that were easily able to be read

Again, cost...........we had to limit use

They are exactly the same, with Lucid being significantly less expensive
