Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for qualitative approach for research of competency that works as an in-house engineer. We also use Miro for analysis and integration of the result of the interview on power skill pertaining the IT installation and servitization of the business. It made the problem for interviewees more clearer.

It could have a lot of positive impact in the early stage, but frequent jam pertaining to the file size could do our business harm. Furthermore, the analog approach shall be compatible with it. We recommend that this shall be applied in the preliminary phase of the projects or business.
Based on my brief inspection and use, the Miro is not good at integrating the result of the interview. Despite that the intuitive use could contribute to the integration, the poor export system spoils the advantage of Miro. Only early stage could fit. We use Miro with the other tools.
The remote whiteboard could help our online qualitative research.based on my brief use and analysis, Miro has saved the cost for gathering members and making appointments for meetups, which could make our team easier to invest more profitable project or business. Furthermore, it reduce the opportunity loss. Miro is great.

It could be the best if you could apply for the qualitative research that pertain the interview, including the oral history. It could also be the best when the users are children. It could be the alternative for KJ method, one of the inductive approach in academic or business field in the early stage.
