Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro as a main tool to collaborate within a cross-functional team. It's often use as a sketching and ideation tool for me as a product designer to elaborate information architecture and product map. It's also the tool I love for synthesizing and analzying data from user interviews. On top of that, we also use it as a retro board and during virtual happy hour since we're all working from different locations across the globe.
Pros
- Templates for different use cases
- Sticky notes
Cons
- scrolling and zoom-in/out
- uploading/downloading could be more intuitive
- improved remote workers' productivity
Totally agree on improving the collaboration on new projects. Since my team and other teams I work with are all across the globe, it has saved a lot of time on real-time collaboration. Recent changes is a function I love as I don't always get to join all the meetings due to different timezones.
