We use Miro for design ideation, a place to gather ideas/information. We use it during meetings for collaborative conversations.
Our design team uses Miro and I use Miro with project teams (sellers, outside consultants, clients etc)

Pros
- laying out frames for content
- navigating the whole board
- add images
- embedding pdf into the board
Cons
- sharing with external partners is always kinda tricky and not intuitive
- load times
- snapping arrows / unsnapping
- improved productivity
- easy communication for projects across multiple users and organizations
it is a key function for us!
