Great for visual project planning and design concepts

I use Miro to map out project concepts, build website wireframes, work with design concepts. It is a quick way to visualize ideas, collect feedback across teams/departments and then adjust quickly in a visual way that everybody understands. However, once the project begins, Miro often gets left behind the current status - so it is mainly used for planning.

Miro has impacted our organization’s ability to collaborate on new projects. Working cross-department on multiple timezones. all edits are always live, you can see the current status always - whether other people are working live at the same time as you or have worked during another time zone.
