Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for many purposes, from sprint review/planning to ideas presentation, even for internal alignment between different departments and teams.

Pros

  • User interaction.
  • Live presentation.
  • Dynamic content.

Cons

  • External link handling.
  • Font/format configuration.
  • Image addition.
  • Reduced the number of tools.
  • Facilitated remote collaboration.
  • Simplified alignment between departments.
Teams integration is very nice, however, the lack of login synchronization between accounts makes it less ideal and cumbersome to set up in every meeting.
Miro has greatly reduced the number of tools we need to sync to keep track of the development of new features/products; from a management point of view, this is crucial if you need to know the status of something without needing to trigger the relevant person.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It's a virtual whiteboard; it really allows for real-time interactions between team members regardless of their location, and with Teams integration, screen sharing becomes unnecessary. It could have some improvements in terms of custom fonts or text editions.
