Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it as a scrum board currently. For product tickets and general progress, some documentation
Pros
- UML
- Easy interface
- Seamless collaboration and onboarding
Cons
- Lanes that auto adjust notes, it triggers OCD since the update removed it
- Option for more colors, or easier to preselect frequently used colors
- Add images to conversations, not sure if this is possible
- Easier overview
- Improved speed
- Faster onboarding
Added the ability to quickly add people and make small sessions possible. It also saves the history, no need to look for online tools for meetings

Excalidraw has way clearer UI and better components but it lacks collaboration tools. I think the Miro look is somewhat dated
