Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Miro to collaborate cross-functionally as a team in a whiteboard-like environment, with some team members remote / in-person / hybrid. Some of our most frequent use cases are:

refinement sessions to break down work and visualize user story mapping
team retrospectives and post-mortems
design brainstorming and workshops

I also use it as a scratchpad for sketching, note taking, screenshots, etc.

Miro is great for scrappy, agile, whiteboard-like collaboration.
It has room for improvement before it can be relied upon for critical project management functions; although it has support for things like Kanban boards it's no replacement for Jira or another dedicated tool for that purpose.
