Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for a number of use-cases:
1. Self-reflection
2. Ideation and brainstorming with my peers and teams
3. Workshops
4. Roadmap development

Pros

  • Excellent for collaboration and workshops.
  • Superb integration with issue tracking tools such as Jira.

Cons

  • I'd like to see better integration with MS office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Improved productivity.
I like its integration with Jira, which is our issue-tracking tool. I can build custom Kanban boards on Miro and link them back to issues in Jira. Very handy in daily scrums.
Miro has helped us put together effective project templates that the teams have been able to leverage.
