Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro in team meetings to organize the flow of the meeting or a presentation. Sometimes, there are spaces for activities in small, on-the-spot groups, in which these groups organize their thoughts and can present their results. Miro also serves as a great whiteboard for online classes (especially with the save feature).

Pros

  • simplicity
  • wide range of tools for presenters
  • great whiteboard

Cons

  • sometimes there are lags or connectivity drops
  • eased the management of onboarding
  • can be a bit expensive if the company has many registered users that are not actively using it
I had no particular problems during my use.
Integration is easy since the learning curve for regular users is not steep at all.
We used it to manage new interns who were at their homes due to covid. Miro proved to be a great tool for that.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Google Drive, Jira Software
I've used it on my intern onboarding, for presentations, and for team activities - a great tool for that. Tools like Miro, in my opinion, have a bit of difficulty with media such as videos and pictures - I feel like they are not supposed to be used in Miro boards (doesn't feel natural to me).
