Use Miro to create feature map, user personas and to map out different processes within the business groups.

None. It's fairly seamless and great product overall.
It is fairly flexible and the final output can be used in PowerPoint presentations and such.

We didn't give it second thought and went with Miro as our first choice.
Miro worked great in conducting workshops and getting feedback from all user groups and being able to see the comments from different members. It provided the level of detail to map out the internal business groups.
