Miro in product development equipment

The use of Miro is varied within the organization since we handle different equipment by Area, one of the most important is the product area, where we are constantly working with discovery sessions with the different stakeholders and roles of the organization. Miro offers versatility when performing these discovery sessions, allowing the participation of the entire team dynamically, using several templates that allow dynamics such as Impact Mapping, User Story Mapping, and Brainstorming among others.

It has been a relief because our organization took a remote work posture since the beginning of the pandemic, however, the teams maintained their performance because they found an easy-to-use tool to share ideas, make diagrams, discovery, retrospective or brainstorming sessions
