Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro was used for collaboration; I worked with many people across different Caribbean countries to Create Customer Journey Maps. At first, this was the platform chosen for training, but it quickly became a go-to for journey maps or persona building.

Pros

  • collaborative - easy to track changes made and real time editing
  • visual - colorful and well-designed
  • user friendly - easy to navigate

Cons

  • frequent updates made to the platform can be overwhelming
  • can be tedious to move around on the board, sometimes would have to zoom out as much as possible
  • being brought to another person's location on the board without consenting can be disruptive
  • improved productivity
  • increased efficiency and accountability
  • reduce project completion time
Miro is not an invasive or complex platform, making integration easy
Especially living through this pandemic, remote work has become a reliable course of action. Digicel is also present in several countries, especially in the Caribbean, so those I had the pleasure of working with were not even in my country. Miro made that collaboration easy.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro was the first of its kind to me, but using Miro to track live editing and changes previously made would be easier on Miro than Microsoft suite.
Miro is great for collaboration; it supports tracking changes, current editors/ viewers and lots of tools (like sticky notes) to input comments.
