Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to split a project into user stories and for product management as well. I've used the flows to understand the business process and the Miro board is easier to use when it comes to explaining the business flows and processes to others. The sharing feature helps to share it with a set of users so that they can view and edit it on the Miro board.
Pros
- Sharing of Process flows easier
- Easier to split the business process and still keep it in one place
- other project related tasks can be done easier .
Cons
- Can't think of any for now
- Can't think of any for now
- Can't think of any for now
- Improved Productivity
- Improved Business Engagement
- Improve Team engagement
It's a great collaboration tool across teams, it gives you the ability to score ideas/designs or whatever it is. You can create boards and invite other team members and you can also use this for your personal work. It is a browser-based app, so you need good wifi. I have sometimes found it clunky, and slow to save at times.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Yes

Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Confluence and Powerpoint both have similar features as MIRO when it comes to business use cases. Powerpoint & Confluence have sharing features that allow the users to view/add any files with a specific group of users. It is easier to add pictures and tables with the above-mentioned tools but still, they lack the visual presentation.
