A painting never ends, it never starts, a painting is like the Wind.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is truly what collaborative whiteboarding should be. We use it for ideation, internally, and with our clients and partners. We use it for designing concepts of new products or systems. We use it for planning sprints or product increments, or to do retrospectives. Miro is being used company-wise by many different departments and very different use cases and it covers them all.
Pros
- Combine pre-defined drawing objects with free drawing.
- Control to the owner (bring people together, block pieces of the board, share settings).
- Flexible Licensing Program for Enterprise Plan.
Cons
- A bit more of fonts for text boxes.
- Being able to move aboard to another project in another team without doing it in 2 steps (first team, then project). Or being able to move an entire project to a different team.
- Lists of boards and owners to company admins, even hidden ones, without having to contact support or looking at them one by one.
- Enhanced presentation mode, not only with an order by with zoom-in / out (similar to Prezi).
- Improve productivity, specially for remote teams.
- Showing professionalism to our clients, using a tool where everybody can truly collaborate.
A lot, not only for internal projects with people in different countries and locations but also to clarify requirements with clients working in different locations.
