Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for the collaborative planning of marketing campaigns. It addresses the need to collaborate seamlessly and work in a highly customizable environment where our needs for organization and content structuring differ from one campaign to another.
Pros
- Real-time collaboration.
- Highly customizable.
- Great suite of organizational tools: tables, mind maps, org charts, shapes, text, etc.
Cons
- I think it could look better. I love using it but design-wise it could certainly look more modern and presentable.
- The functionality in tables is very limited. It would be great if we could integrate excel formulas and things like that.
- Improved productivity.
- Easier to get on the same page with teammates.
- Helped identify opportunities for business growth through brainstorming sessions.
This is Miro's biggest benefit. Allowing us to collaborate with remote workers from different parts of the world in a very easy-to-use environment. It's also super helpful that you can allow non-active users to access boards as guests without even creating an account.

Miro has more functionality, more features, but Mural does have a nicer design. Miro looks less modern by comparison, but it does have more to offer in my view.
