Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro helps our company internally and with external clients to get a visual project overview, especially when planning a new project. It is like living documentation where you easily find all the information you need.

Pros

  • Planning New Project.
  • Creating IT Architecture Diagrams.
  • Capacity Planning.

Cons

  • History of changes.
  • Getting everyone on the same page (information wise).
  • Information is not buried on a whiteboard or in some unchangeable pdf in a shared folder.
Nothing special.
Very good. Getting everyone to understand the basic functionality was fast.
Very much. It makes collaborative work in an online meeting so much better & nicer.

Miro is much more enterprise and user-friendly. draw.io is more for technical diagrams.
When having online meetings, it's at the top. When you are using it on-site in a meeting it's good, but most of the features just shine online.
