Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro with a small team who work together to plan, design and deliver an interdisciplinary course in social sciences for undergraduate students. It helps us to collaborate, organise resources, keep track of each others' progress on course design, and stay connected when we are working remotely.
Pros
- Organises ideas.
- Keeps track of progress on individual workflows and projects.
- Keeps colleagues connected when working remotely.
Cons
- It would be nice to have a Mac app.
- Sometimes boards are laggy and slow to update.
- Improved productivity amongst our team.
- Reduced time needed for meetings and emails.
- Gave team members assurances about collaborating while working from home.
We have been able to collaborate effectively on new projects since the move to remote working, and have used Miro boards as a way to outline new ideas, brainstorm about approaches to online teaching, and plan new course content.
